Electronic Complaints Book
Any consumer can file a complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book, without going through us first. It is a public and free service.
Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, you have the right to resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity (RAL), under Law No. 144/2015. These are independent entities that resolve conflicts without court.
Based on the location of the activity (Rua da Comporta 12, 2D, 8500-454 Portimão, Portugal), the territorially competent entity is:
- CIMAAL — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve — consumoalgarve.pt
- CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, competent when no regional center is — cniacc.pt
You can consult the full list of RAL entities on the Consumer portal, at consumidor.gov.pt.
What this service is not
We do not organize events, we do not sell tickets, and we do not receive payments from visitors. If your problem is with a ticket, a refund, or the course of an event, the responsibility lies with the organizer or the ticket seller — and it is to them that the complaint should be directed. Still, tell us: if the information we published was wrong, we want to correct it.
