• Name and email provided in submissions, reports, access resets or organiser accounts.
• Content and evidence submitted about events and organiser representation.
• Technical security logs and a pseudonymized IP address fingerprint for abuse control.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to respond to your request and provide the requested service, fulfil legal obligations.

Retention

• Unverified submissions are deleted seven days after the verification deadline expires.
• IP address impressions are deleted after 30 days.
• Delivered verification emails are removed from the queue after 30 days.Delivered verification emails are deleted from the queue after 30 days.
• Closed submissions are anonymised after two years; resolved reports and rejected requests are deleted.

We may retain the minimum necessary longer when a legal obligation or litigation requires it.

Processors and transfers

We use hosting, network protection, email and backup providers solely to operate the service.

We do not sell personal data and do not make solely automated decisions with legal effect.
