Data we process
- Names and email addresses provided in submissions, reports, account recovery requests or organizer accounts.
- Content and evidence submitted in relation to events and claims to represent organizers.
- Technical security logs and a pseudonymized IP address fingerprint for abuse prevention.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to your request and provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention, editorial verification and the defence of legal rights. Where consent is required by law, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Retention
- Unverified submissions are deleted seven days after the verification period expires.
- IP address hashes are deleted after 30 days.

- Closed submissions are anonymised after two years; resolved reports and rejected organizer claims after one year.
We may retain the minimum necessary information for longer where required by a legal obligation or dispute.
Service providers and transfers
We use hosting, network protection, email and backup providers solely to operate the service. We restrict access, encrypt backups and apply appropriate contracts and safeguards when a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area.
We do not sell personal data or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) or the competent authority in your country.
