Data we process
- Name and email provided in submissions, reports, access resets or organiser accounts.
- Content and evidence submitted about events and organiser representation.
- Technical security logs and a pseudonymized IP address fingerprint for abuse control.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to respond to your request and provide the requested service, fulfil legal obligations.
Retention
- Unverified submissions are deleted seven days after the verification deadline expires.
- IP address impressions are deleted after 30 days.
- Delivered verification emails are deleted from the queue after 30 days.
- Closed submissions are anonymised after two years; resolved reports and rejected requests are deleted.
- Accounts whose email address was never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
While signed in you can download a copy of your data and delete your account from the dashboard, without asking the team.
We may retain the minimum necessary longer when a legal obligation or litigation requires it.
Processors and transfers
We use hosting, network protection, email and backup providers solely to operate the service.
We do not sell personal data and do not make solely automated decisions with legal effect.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable.
Optional alerts
If you enable alerts, we store your chosen interests, consent date and the information needed to identify changes to saved events. We use this information only for the emails you select. You can disable them in your account or through the link in each email. Your municipality preference is stored on this device only if you choose that option.
Plans and suggestions
When you add events to a plan, their identifiers stay in your browser’s local storage until you clear the plan or site data. Shared links contain only the selected public events and sessions. Suggestions are associated with your account and visible only to the review team; closed suggestions are deleted after one year.
Aggregate measurement
We count searches with and without results and actions such as opening tickets, checking directions, organizing plans and sharing links. We only store totals per day, action and language for 90 days, with no search texts, visitor identifiers or analytics cookies. We respect the browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These totals do not allow tracking a person or determining whether they abandoned a plan.
