About the event

Based on a text by Tiago Mesquita Carvalho, Né Barros creates a choreodrama in which the body is, at the same time, landscape and its inhabitant, in order to summon limit and radical images about a foreseeable future of catastrophe. After "Lastro" (2015), the choreographer once again turns the theatrical place into a place of change and memory, and questions the limits of the body, figuration and disfiguration in dance. Fear, unpredictability and the radicalness of catastrophes hover over a tale in which the characters gradually reveal and destroy themselves
