About the event

The Municipality of Sátão will celebrate the Halloween season during the week of October 26 to 31 in its various municipal spaces. This occasion, despite not having Portuguese roots, has over the years become increasingly rooted in our culture. The Culture Department of the Municipality of Sátão challenges residents to take part in the Halloween Trail. Starting at the Citizen Service Office, passing through the Cineteatro, the building of the former primary school of Sátão, the Casa da Cultura, the Library, and the Municipal Pool, the bravest will have at their disposal activities, riddles, surprising stories, exhibitions, a horror film, and the well-known Trick or Treat on the 31st. On Friday the 30th, the Municipal Library presents "Stories by Lantern Light," with mandatory registration until October 27, by calling 232980008 (call to the national landline network), and the drawing of the winners of the daily riddles. On Saturday the 31st, Halloween day, the Casa da Cultura and the Municipal Pool will have "Trick or Treat" during normal opening hours. The Cineteatro Municipal presents the horror film INSIDIOUS – The Last Key, rated M/16, with tickets already available for sale.
