BOOK PRESENTATION “A MELODIA DA VIDA – MEMÓRIAS DE UM TEMPO QUE PASSOU” BY LAURINDA SILVA

SATURDAY / OCT 17. BIBLIOTECA MUNICIPAL DE OURÉM 3:30 PM Laurinda Pereira da Silva was born in 1954, in Atouguia, in the municipality of Ourém. She earned her bachelor's degree and master's degree in Management at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG), where she pursued an academic career for more than a decade. She was a statistician at the Instituto Nacional de Estatística (INE), and is currently retired. She is interested in the visual arts. She has devoted herself to painting for more than 20 years. Writing is also an old passion. She took creative writing courses and recently published her memoir “A Melodia da Vida – Memórias de um tempo que passou”, which she will present at the Biblioteca Municipal de Ourém.
