About the event
The Biblioteca Municipal de Cantanhede hosts, on the 7th of November (Saturday) at 11 a.m., a special session of the project "Ao sábado… há conto!", entitled "Conhecer, Imaginar e Escrever Augusto Abelaira", part of the 5th edition of the "Gente da Nossa Terra" cycle, dedicated to the writer from Cantanhede. Aimed at children aged 5 to 12, accompanied by an adult, the activity aims to introduce, in a playful and creative way, the life and work of Augusto Abelaira, who from an early age revealed a taste for writing, creating small family newspapers, poems, stories and even film scripts. Through activities that stimulate curiosity, imagination and creativity, participants will be challenged to discover the pleasure of inventing and telling their own stories. Registration opens on the 2nd of November and can be made directly at the Biblioteca Municipal de Cantanhede, by phone 231 410 870 or by email [email protected]. Participation is free and limited to 10 children, accompanied by an adult. Register the youngest for this morning of discovery, imagination and creativity! Location: Biblioteca Municipal de Cantanhede.
