About the event
Installation/Performance + Talk – Premiere What do Siddhartha and the contemporary term "aura" have in common? The incessant search for presence. In a world crossed by infinite feeds, notifications, influencers, online games, algorithms and attention economies, we follow Siddhartha as a contemporary figure: someone who decides to abandon the systems that tell him who he should be to seek a real experience of himself. Between hyperstimulation, the desire for validation and constant noise, the audience is invited into a sensory and interactive experience where body, sound, image and technology build a path between excess and listening. The river, central symbol of the original work — here reconfigured — emerges as a continuous flow of production: "farming" likes, views, attention and easy money — a space simultaneously chaotic and hypnotic, where every gesture is absorbed and returned by the system. Aura Farm proposes an urgent question to new generations: is it still possible to find presence in a time that never switches off, or do we only produce its simulation?
