Music in Abelaira's Books - Gente da Nossa Terra
About the event
As part of the 5th edition of the "gente da nossa terra" cycle dedicated to the writer Augusto Abelaira, a guided listening session titled "Music in Abelaira's Books" will be held on October 17, Saturday, at 5 PM, in the auditorium of the Museu da Pedra, presented by Professor Nuno Fonseca. In this cultural evening, some audio excerpts from interviews given by the writer Augusto Abelaira to Rádio Difusão Portuguesa (RDP) will be presented, and some excerpts from the author's works will also be read in which he discusses his musical references and inspirations, namely various classical music composers and even some specific pieces. Venue: Biblioteca Municipal de Cantanhede.
