About the event
On September 18, at 6:00 PM, the Museu Cargaleiro opens its doors to the exhibition of the finalists of the 1st edition of the Manuel Cargaleiro Awards. There were 267 applications received from all over the country and abroad, and it is now possible to see gathered together, for the first time, the 20 works selected by Sandra Vieira Jürgens, Alexandre Farto (Vhils) and Graça Morais, distributed across two floors and two categories. More than a display, this exhibition is the decisive stage of this first edition: it is before the installed works that the jury will make, between September and October, the choice of the award winners.
