Learning by Playing to Play by Learning

We believe the museum is also a place to play, discover and learn freely. The Playroom, located on floor -1 of the museum, was born from this desire: to offer other ways of being and thinking about the museum. It is a space where play, creation, experimentation and curiosity meet, and where workshops such as 'Learning by playing to play by learning' are developed. Creating forms of mediation and connection with art and space, objects inspired by works from the MAC/CCB collections give rise to games and proposals, promoting a more interactive and accessible visit. A 'Playroom Sheet', with texts and activity suggestions adapted to different age groups, accompanies the experience. With free participation, the Room is staffed by a member of the Education and Mediation team, available to support, suggest paths and accompany discoveries. Open to families — proof that you also learn by playing!
