Radical Imbalance

Body, drawing, and manifesto-poster workshop How do we express ourselves in an unstable world? How can we move on constantly shifting ground? Between unstable structures, words, gestures, and protest posters, like skateboarding, we'll play between balances and imbalances. Seeking ways to be together, assert desires, and imagine other possibilities for participating in the common space. Based on the book Voltas e Reviravoltas, from the Missão Democracia collection, this workshop invites you to experiment with new words and forms for what we call citizenship. Clara, a dancer, and Mantraste, the book's illustrator, propose an encounter between body and drawing, where manifesto-posters will be created while bodies move, lose balance, and find support again in the collective.
