About the event

"GOA - Tales on a Journey is the new creation by Teatro Meridional, built from short stories, poetry and excerpts from novels by different authors, written at different moments in the history of Goa, Daman and Diu. Starting from a research process that begins in literature and expands into music, movement and the plastic and sensory dimension, the show explores the historical, geographical and human universe of these territories — where Portuguese was spoken, and still, residually, is spoken today. This is an encounter between Portugal and its own history.
