Sombra

António Vasco Moraes presents Sombra, the album that marks the closing of the trilogy Saudade, Silêncio and Sombra — a set of three albums dedicated to traditional fado and conceived as a tribute to Tereza Tarouca, one of his greatest references and sources of inspiration in the world of fado. After Saudade (2011) and Silêncio (2016), Sombra emerges as the culmination of this artistic and emotional journey, deepening the dialogue with tradition and with the repertoire that shaped the performer's identity. Entirely dedicated to traditional fado, the album features special appearances by Helder Moutinho, Teresa Lopes Alves, Mónica Azinhais de Melo and Carmo Beirão da Veiga, bringing together different voices in a celebration of heritage, memory and the continuity of Fado.
