52nd Volta ao Algarve

The 52nd Volta ao Algarve starts in Vila Real de Santo António on a journey of five stages, with an individual time trial in the middle and the finish at Alto do Malhão, in Loulé. It all begins in Vila Real de Santo António on February 18th, a new feature compared to recent years, in a stage that will culminate in the usual sprint finish in Tavira. The following day, the world's best cyclists depart from Portimão heading to Fóia, in the Monchique mountains, for the first mountain-top finish.
