DESCRIPTION:On November 6th at 9:30 PM\, in the auditorium of the municipa
l library\, the Municipality of Cantanhede presents a screening of the doc
umentary film Caminhamos Juntos\, directed by Frankelim Amaral. Caminhamos
Juntos. How far can the first step take us? It is a documentary that foll
ows seven pilgrims along the 250 kilometers of the Central Portuguese Way\
, between Porto and Santiago de Compostela. United by the same direction b
ut driven by different reasons\, each carries a unique story marked by los
s\, illness\, longing\, gratitude\, hope or the need to find meaning in li
fe again. With careful cinematography and an intimate narrative\, the work
leads the viewer on a human journey\, where each image reflects a state o
f mind and each kilometer traveled represents a victory over fears\, pain
and doubt. This documentary about the Camino de Santiago is a film about t
he human condition\, a tribute to the courage of those who keep walking wh
en everything seems lost\; to the strength of those who learn to transform
pain into hope and to the certainty that no path is meant to be walked al
one. Directed by Frankelim Amaral\, the documentary film Caminhamos Juntos
is thus a moment of sharing and reflection\, a story of faith\, overcomin
g\, friendship and hope that invites the audience to reflect on the pace o
f life. Location: Biblioteca Municipal de Cantanhede.
