 y of Cantanhede\, which aims to stimulate socializing and well-being among
  the population over 55 years old. Through social\, cultural\, sports and 
 leisure activities\, the goal is to "give more life to the years"\, creati
 ng opportunities for active participation\, personal fulfillment and shari
 ng of experiences. On October 7\, we set off to discover Penacova\, with v
 isits to Lorvão Monastery and the Vitorino Nemésio Mill Museum\, in Port
 ela da Oliveira. A day of culture\, heritage and socializing\, with a shar
