DESCRIPTION:The MAC/CCB Education and Mediation Service developed a play p
 rogram that promotes\, on the one hand\, free play and\, on the other\, a 
 more open\, creative and sensitive relationship with the museum space. Thi
 s program\, with two projects\, integrates an expanded approach to the con
 cept of 'playing'\, which extends both to the exhibition space and to the 
 museum's exterior. Inside the museum\, with the project 'Learning to play 
 to learn by playing'\, a Play Room was created consisting of different med
 iating objects inspired by the works in the MAC/CCB collections. These obj
 ects give rise to games and proposals adapted to various age groups\, prom
 oting a more interactive and accessible visit. To accompany the experience
 \, a Play Room Sheet was also developed\, with texts and activity suggesti
 ons adapted for younger visitors\, inviting them on a playful journey thro
 ugh the museum. The Room also includes proposals with challenges that enga
 ge with the concepts or works of temporary exhibitions. The room's content
 s are regularly updated\, ensuring a renewed experience for our visitors. 
 Playing and learning are fundamental principles of the MAC/CCB Education a
 nd Mediation Service\, which seeks\, through this program\, to create new 
 forms of mediation and relationship with art and with the space.
