 ality of Cantanhede\, aimed at fostering social interaction and well-being
  among the population over 55 years of age. Through social\, cultural\, sp
 orts and recreational activities\, the goal is to "add more life to the ye
 ars"\, creating opportunities for active participation\, personal enrichme
 nt and the sharing of experiences. It is time to celebrate São Martinho w
 ith a shared magusto\, chestnuts\, jeropiga and plenty of good cheer. Each
