 l trajectory\, from the depths of pain and tragedy to jubilant triumph: Gu
 stav Mahler's monumental Symphony No. 5 in C-sharp minor is a masterpiece 
 that transcends late Romanticism\, serving as a bridge between the sensibi
 lity of the 19th century and the avant-gardes of 20th-century modern music
