DESCRIPTION:Following the signing of the protocol on November 9\, 2022\, w
 ith IPDJ - Portuguese Institute for Sport and Youth\, I.P. for the develop
 ment of the Top Club and the plan developed in 2025\, the training plan fo
 r the year 2026 is defined. This program aims to develop more sustainable 
 sports clubs\, equipped with properly trained people\, rooted in their com
 munities and able to respond to the needs and expectations of their member
 s and sports practitioners\, whether for leisure\, recreation or competiti
 on. Among the specific objectives of this partnership is improving the man
 agement of sports clubs\, preparing them for the challenges of self-sustai
 nability and giving them greater capacity to reduce waste\, generate and c
 apture resources\, and apply them in an effective\, efficient and effectiv
 e manner. The Top Club also aims to improve the sports program\, with acti
 vities and facilities better suited to its athletes and the community wher
 e they operate\; more memberships and greater involvement of athletes\, me
 mbers and staff\; greater recognition for the quality of services provided
  and greater social recognition in the local community. Schedule: March 30

  training sessions have a limit of 30 participants and are intended for le
 aders of sports associations in the municipality of Cantanhede. Location:
