  within cultural institutions\, with the MANAS Collective — Mutual Suppo
 rt Group. MANAS: Harm reduction\, artivism and the rights of Manas. Lisbon
 \, Portugal. From the beginning\, MANAS has combined artistic practices wi
 th harm reduction and community health strategies. Through zine-making wor
 kshops\, body awareness exercises\, the practice of storytelling and colle
 ctive cooking\, participants have found paths for self-expression and poli
 tical affirmation. At the same time\, harm reduction has been central to t
 he project's praxis. At the heart of MANAS is the principle that "nothing 
 about us without us". It is part of its mission to challenge intersectiona
 l forms of discrimination based on gender identity\, race\, class\, age\, 
 disability and sexual orientation\, building solidarity through a shared p
 olitical voice. Free participation upon prior registration by email servic
 o.educativo.museu@ccb.pt. Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Maximum 25 peop
 le (adults).
