DESCRIPTION:OCT 2 TO 31. BIBLIOTECA MUNICIPAL DE OURÉM “This collection
as a whole reflects a very personal taste that has accompanied me since m
y adolescence. Reading has always been a pleasure for me\, in discovering
not only the content of books\, but also the life and existence of their a
uthors. The history and particular details of each writer's life have alwa
ys fascinated me and preceded the very act of reading the books they publi
shed. For me\, it was truly important to know in advance what led to and i
n a certain way conditioned the act of writing of each writer I discovered
. That is exactly what I sought to convey\, from a very personal perspecti
ve\, in this painting collection that I named “Os Meus Escritores”\, p
recisely because it seeks to reflect my very personal\, and I would even s
ay narcissistic\, vision of each of them and of the literary works they le
ft us. Naturally\, other people will have different and contrary opinions\
, but that only enriches the world of writing and reading\, which I greatl
y respect and value.” António José Ervedeiro Free admission 249 540 90
